Enver Hoxha was the crazy dictator of Albania. He was just sure the Italians and Greeks were coming to invade his country. So not! As you travel about the country you will see little clusters of these things. Some are used as shops and some have been painted very colorfully. I think next weekend when we are down by the coast I'll see the painted ones. Here's one now.
